Prof. Hany Serag ElMesiry, Jiangsu University, China

Hany ElMesery is a Professor of Power and Process Engineering at School of Energy and Power Engineering, Jiangsu University, China. He also contributed in several projects with a total budget of about one million US dollars. His work focuses on Renewable Energy in food processing and Energy efficient processes in food & beverage industry, Biomass energy, food engineering & postharvest technology, Design of food dryers, Computer Simulation. He had published until now 45 international papers.  ElMesiry has held Faculty positions at several universities around the world including University of KwaZulu-Natal, University of Pretoria, University of Johannesburg in South Africa.
